She started working in United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Dubai Municipality for 18 years and then had the honor of working in the Court of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai for nearly 12 years, thus constituting practical experience for nearly 30 years in government work at the same time working as a Human Resources Trainer, during which she made a strong breakthrough in the world of employees training and books writing, as most of her passion in human building. , self-realization, and capacity development according to the vision of Sheikh Zayed – may God rest his soul -.

Background:

She started working from a young age after high school, while most of her passion was completing her university education and postgraduate studies. Commitment to official working hours in the morning did not hinder her from continuing the teaching and learning process at the university in the evening.

She continued studying and deeply immersed in scientific research for more than 40 years, at the same time was interested in attending training programs and workshops so she attended more than (250) training programs.

The journey of passion that filled her heart started from the world of management, psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, energy science, self-development sciences, continuous improvement, and knowledge economy, as her preoccupation was scientific research.

She experienced many ordeals when her parents were murdered by a drug addict; So she suffered a lot but she was patient, and when her heart was squeezed by pain, and experience polished her, and hardships melted her… she turned adversity into grants… and learned steadfastness, and her preoccupation became helping people to face the challenges of life.

She took the paths of knowledge right from the beginning , so her passion shone with the light of insight, and God enlightened her heart with reassurance, The paths of peace were sought, and the voice of inspiration resounded from its depths: “Yes, I can!”
